How do I submit my application?
- Download and print the Application Form
- Forward the completed form to us by post together with photocopies of the relevant documents listed in paragraph 15 of the form to the following address:

How do I go about making a choice?
- Allocation is made on a 'first come, first serve' basis.
- You are advised to request your official representative in Mauritius to:
     - visit the complex,
     - make a provisional booking on your behalf, and
     - effect the agreed deposit.

How do I obtain ownership of the property?
- Purchasers need to be either physically present or represented by a person holding Power of Attorney drawn up by a Notary.
- The representative will sign the deed of purchase on your behalf.

How do I effect monthly payments?
- You should hold a bank account in Mauritius from which transfers are effected on a monthly basis through a Standing Order.
